1. Scope and controller

This Privacy Policy explains how KAYLO processes personal information in connection with kaylo.fun, related support, and the KAYLO interface. KAYLO is the controller for information it decides to process. Public blockchains, wallet providers, RPC providers, block explorers, and hosting providers operate separately and may be independent controllers under their own policies.

This policy does not cover third-party websites, wallets, networks, applications, or services linked from KAYLO.

2. Information we process

KAYLO does not ask for or store wallet private keys or seed phrases. Do not send them to us. We do not intentionally collect government identifiers, payment-card details, precise location, biometric data, health data, or similar sensitive information through the interface.

• Wallet and blockchain data: public wallet addresses, token and market contract addresses, Uniswap pool identifiers, transaction hashes, token details, creator first-buy amounts and holdings, curve trades, approvals, graduation, fee claims, balances, network, block data, and other public activity requested through the interface.
• Technical and security data: IP address, request time, browser and device type, referring page, error data, and similar server logs made available by our hosting and security providers.
• Local browser data: launch history, acknowledgement preferences, and a selected token-image preview stored on your device or for the current browser session. A selected file is not uploaded by the included package. It stays in your browser unless another service or browser feature synchronises it.
• Communications: your email address, social handle, message, and related records when you contact us.
• Compliance and safety data: information reasonably needed to investigate abuse, security reports, legal requests, or violations of our policies.

3. Sources

We receive information from you, your browser, your wallet, public blockchain records, RPC and explorer services, hosting and security providers, and people who report abuse or security issues. Blockchain information is public and may be copied or indexed by anyone.

4. Purposes and legal bases

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performance of our agreement with you, legitimate interests in operating and protecting KAYLO, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where we specifically ask for it. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.

• Provide the website and the features you request, including wallet connection, transaction preparation, contract reads, and local launch history.
• Secure, debug, maintain, and improve the interface and protect users, the public, and our rights.
• Respond to questions, privacy requests, legal notices, and security reports.
• Enforce our terms, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with law, sanctions, court orders, and lawful government requests.
• Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and complete a business reorganisation or transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

5. Public blockchain records

When you submit a transaction, your wallet sends data to a public blockchain through an RPC service. Wallet addresses, token and market data, creator first-buy ETH and token amounts, trade direction and amounts, approvals, graduation, fee claims, transaction details, timestamps, balances, descriptions, and submitted website, image, X, and Telegram links may become permanent public records. Uniswap swaps and pool activity are also public. KAYLO cannot edit, delete, or make those records private. Requests to erase information cannot apply where deletion is technically impossible or where KAYLO does not control the record.

A wallet address may be personal information when it can be linked to a person. Avoid placing personal information, confidential material, or another person's information in token names, descriptions, symbols, or metadata links.

6. How information is shared

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, use targeted advertising, or knowingly process Global Privacy Control signals for an activity that the current site does not perform. If those practices change, we will update this policy and provide required choices before the change takes effect.

• Hosting, infrastructure, security, and support providers that process data to supply services to us.
• Wallets, RPC endpoints, blockchain networks, and block explorers when you ask the interface to connect, read, or submit a transaction.
• Creator-selected image hosts when a coin page loads a public image URL. Your browser may disclose technical request data such as your IP address to that host. KAYLO requests these images without a referrer, but the host operates under its own privacy terms.
• Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and authorities when reasonably necessary for legal, compliance, security, or claims purposes.
• A buyer, successor, or restructuring party if the project or its assets are transferred, subject to applicable law.
• Other parties when you direct us to share information or give valid consent.

7. Cookies and local storage

KAYLO does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. The interface uses local storage for launch history and notice preferences. These functions support features you request and can be cleared from the Privacy Controls page or your browser settings. Our hosting provider or connected third-party services may process technical data under their own policies. See the Cookie Notice for details.

8. Retention

Local launch history remains on your device until you clear it or your browser removes it. Support and legal correspondence is generally retained for up to 24 months after the matter closes, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, tax, accounting, or claims purposes. Security and server logs are generally retained for a shorter period set by the relevant provider, unless preservation is needed to investigate an incident.

Public blockchain records may be retained indefinitely by the network and third parties. We cannot control their retention.

9. International transfers

KAYLO and its providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions, contractual protections, or another lawful transfer mechanism. Public blockchain data is globally available and is not confined to one country.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to know or access personal information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, and complain to a data-protection authority. California residents may also have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive information, and receive equal service. KAYLO does not discriminate because you exercise a privacy right.

To make a request, email privacy@kaylo.fun with the subject “Privacy request.” Describe the right you wish to exercise and the information or interaction involved. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify the request. Do not send a private key, seed phrase, or wallet signature that transfers value.

An authorised agent may submit a request where law allows, but we may require proof of authority and direct verification with the person concerned. Rights are subject to legal exceptions. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information we control, including encrypted transport, restricted access, security headers, dependency review, and minimal data collection. No website, blockchain, wallet, or transmission method is completely secure. You remain responsible for wallet and device security.

Report suspected vulnerabilities to security@kaylo.fun. Do not exploit a vulnerability, access another person's data, disrupt the service, or publicly disclose an unremediated issue.

12. Children

KAYLO is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact the privacy address so we can review and delete information we control where appropriate.

13. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service or law changes. The updated version will show a new date. Material changes will be highlighted when required. Questions, complaints, and privacy requests may be sent to privacy@kaylo.fun.
