Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. Read the Terms and Risk Disclosure before connecting a wallet or signing.

- Impersonating a person, organisation, public company, stock token, brand, project, or official asset.
- False claims of guaranteed returns, risk-free profit, audits, approvals, licences, partnerships, backing, reserves, redemption rights, or insurance.
- Issuing, offering, promoting, or distributing a regulated product without required authority, disclosures, and safeguards.
3. Prohibited content and harm
- Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.
- Malware, credential theft, phishing, unauthorised access, denial of service, harmful code, or instructions intended to compromise another person.
- Doxxing, threats, harassment, exploitation, or unlawful hateful or violent content.
- Sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, or any activity that endangers a child.
- Use that interferes with KAYLO, bypasses reasonable controls, overwhelms infrastructure, or falsely suggests endorsement by KAYLO.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate reports and restrict, hide, or de-index access through our hosted interface. We may preserve and disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect safety, or enforce our terms. We cannot delete or reverse public blockchain activity we do not control.
Enforcement is discretionary and does not create a duty to monitor every token or transaction. A token's continued appearance does not mean that KAYLO has reviewed or approved it.
5. Reporting
Report suspected abuse to legal@kaylo.fun. Include public contract addresses, transaction hashes, links, and a concise explanation. Do not send private keys, seed phrases, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
